The petitioner has filed this petition basically making grievance that respondent no.1 has failed to perform its duty to remove encroachment made by respondent no.4 on the open plot in Deshmukh layout.
Respondent no.4 has filed an undertaking to remove four iron poles in front of old tin-shed at his cost. Respondent no.4 has given further undertaking that respondent no.4 will not raise any construction in future.
The said undertaking is taken on record and marked “X” for identification.
Therefore, in that view of the matter, the Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
