We have perused the Affidavit of Shri Ramesh Karbhari Misal which records that subsequently a revision of the electoral roll has been carried out and necessary defects found have been cured. In view of what is stated in the affidavit, nothing survives in the Public Interest Litigation and the same is disposed of.
