petitioner in respect of raising of construction over

property. The respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are directed to
ensure protection of the Government property and shall
take appropriate steps, if deemed necessary, after
following the procedure prescribed in that behalf and
after extending an opportunity to the parties of being
heard in the matter.
