Perused the record. Considered the submissions. The trial Court has ordered the defendants to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of Bungalow No. A-7 to the plaintiff. It is submitted that execution proceedings are filed and matter is kept today for orders. It is informed by the Counsel appearing for the petitioner that parties were negotiating for settlement but so far they are unable to reach settlement. The learned Counsel appearing for respondent submits that

applicant is not inclined to settle the matter and prays for interim-relief.

In the facts of the case, we pass following order:-

(a) The prayer for grant of stay to hand over possession of the Bungalow No. A-7 to plaintiff stands rejected.

(b) The directions to pay plaintiff an amount of Rs. 1,93,204/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Three Thousand Two Hundred and Four only) stands stayed on appellants furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court within four weeks from today.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
