1 Heard the learned APP who has drawn my attention to the order dated 1st April 2014 passed by this Court (Coram A.R.Joshi, J). With reference to the directions given in paragraph no.4 of the said order, the learned APP states that the Investigating Officer is present, but further informs the Court that the trial is over, and the applicant and other accused are acquitted. Under the circumstances, nothing survives in the application which stands disposed of.
