1 Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2 The alleged assault was apparently witnessed by two persons. Though the Applicant is not alleged to have himself stabbed the deceased, he appears to have taken active part in the assault and facilitated the assault. Thus it cannot be said that a prima facie case of an officence punishable under section 302 of the IPC is not made out, against the Applicant.
3 Under the circumstances, I am not inclined to release the Applicant on bail. The Application is rejected.
