his car with his family. He had entered Maharashtra State on 21.6.2009 and his vehicle was intercepted by other vehicle in which present applicant was travelling. It was at about 3.00 a.m. Allegations are made that complainant and other persons travelling in the car were made to get down and then they were robbed by using dangerous weapons including revolver. Allegations are made that ornaments which were on the person of all persons including the lady members were taken away and other articles like mobile, laptop, cash amount were taken away. The value of the articles was more than Rs. 5.9 lakh.
