Shri Mandlekar, learned counsel, points out that because of amendment earlier carried out and later on directed to be removed by this Court same now needs to be incorporated by moving an application seeking amendment again. Hence, the petitioner should be permitted to withdraw this PIL with liberty to file afresh.
