Applicant/appellant has moved this civil application seeking leave to withdraw appeal. Civil Application No.209 of 2013 is for direction to Registry to return all original documents filed at Exh.76 to Exh.86 in record and proceedings of Family Court, Amravati, in Petition No. A-28/2009.
Learned Advocate Mr. Khandekar appearing for respondent no.2 has no objection if appeal is allowed to be withdrawn. Appeal is already dismissed as against respondent nos.1 and 2.
Hence, in these circumstances, prayer made in Civil Application No.210/2013 is granted and appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

So far as return of original documents are concerned, documents have been filed on the record of Family Court Amravati, and hence record and proceedings, if received, be sent back to Family Court, Amravati. Liberty to applicant/appellant to apply Family Court, Amravati for return of original documents.
