The prayer is to condone the delay of 114 days in filing the Letters Patent Appeal.

Nobody appears for the respondents, through served. On last occasion also there was no appearance for respondent no.2. Today, in first half and now again when the matter is called out, there is no appearance for any of the respondents.

The reason for delay is that decision of the learned Single Judge dated 16.03.2012 in Writ Petition No. 156/2012 went unnoticed and the family members of the petitioner required some time to discuss the issue and to appoint an Advocate.

The reasons given are not denied by any of the respondents. We do not see any mala fides . Hence, the delay of 114 days caused in filing the Letters Patent Appeal is condoned. Office to register the Letters Patent Appeal.
