in the present Civil Application (C.A. No. 7126/2012)

220/2011.

3.By this application, the applicants pray for
condonation of delay caused in filing the application
for setting aside the order thereby dismissing the
Civil Revision Application for default, and for
restoration of the said Revision Application. For the
reasons stated in the application, the delay is
condoned. The order dated 12.12.2011 is hereby
recalled and the Civil Revision Application No.
220/2011 is restored to its file.

3.Present Civil Application is disposed of
accordingly. With consent of learned counsel for the
parties, the Civil Revision Application No. 220/2011
be placed for hearing at the stage of admission on
19thNovember, 2013 alongwith Civil Revision

connected Civil Revision Applications.
