By this petition, the petitioner seeks a declaration that the action of the respondents in not appointing the petitioner as a Sweeper is illegal and contrary to law.
Mrs. Dangre, the learned Additional Government Pleader, has presented a pursis dated 29.8.2012 in the court today. The pursis is accepted on record. Along with the pursis an order dated 27.8.2012 appointing the petitioner on the post of Sweeper is annexed. It is stated in the pursis that the respondents have on 23.8.2012 issued an order appointing the petitioner on the post of Sweeper in the District Court, Nagpur on temporary basis.
In view of the statement in the pursis, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The cause for filing the petition would not survive.
Hence, the petition is disposed of with no order as to
costs.
