[1]Heard.

[2]The petitioner wants extension of
parole. He prays for quashing of order of refusal
of extension passed by the competent authority in
this petition.

[3]The ground advanced in support of
petition is that petitioner’s daughter is
suffering from Hyperthyroidism. The Medical
Certificate, relied upon by the petitioner as
Annexure-B at Page No.8, does not reveal any
complication emerging therefrom which requires
personal attendance of the petitioner in the
family for continuation of treatment of his
daughter.

[4]In absence of satisfactory ground, we
are not inclined to entertain the petition for
grant of relief whatsoever.

[5]Hence, the petition is dismissed.
