1] Appellants have preferred appeal against
order of conviction under Section 376 of the Indian
Penal Code. The appellants are sentenced for life
imprisonment and fine. The order of conviction is
dated 18.12.2010. Appeal is delayed by 392 days. It
is obvious that the applicants / appellants are in
prison.

2]Accepting the reasons stated in the
application, which are found to be sufficient and
reasonable, delay of 392 days in fling appeal is
condoned.
