This P.I.L. is filed by the General Secretary of Shramik Elgar. The grievance of the petitioners is in connection with disbursement of benefits to the concerned beneficiaries under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Niwara Yojana Scheme No.1 floated by the State Government. The petitioners have approached respondent no.4 to disburse the benefits as per the scheme floated by the State Government.

On behalf of the respondent-State as well as Zilla Parishad appropriate reply is filed. As per last affidavit filed by the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur which is sworn by the Chief Executive Officer particulars have been given regarding disbursement of the benefits to the beneficiaries. Learned Government Pleader confirms the said aspect of the matter regarding benefits, given to all the beneficiaries.

Considering the fact that since the respondents have already taken steps to distribute the benefits to all the beneficiaries as per scheme, nothing survives in the petition.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur in case it is found that some beneficiaries are still left out for getting benefits under under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Niwara Yojana Scheme No.1 floated by the State Government. However, such application be made in connection with left out genuine beneficiaries by appropriate application to Zilla Parishad within a period of one month from today. The petition is accordingly disposed of
