Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has received telephonic instructions from the petitioner that the petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent development as according to learned counsel, services of the petitioner have been regularised.
In view of the statement made, petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, liberty to learned counsel for petitioner to apply in case of difficulty and in case it is found that the telephonic instruction was not genuine one.
