Learned counsel for the Respondent company states that there were several petitions pending against the said company, out of which 32 petitions have been settled prior to admission and the balance petitions are still pending admission. Learned counsel pointed out that on 5 November 2012 the company entered into the consent terms in the Company Petition No.926 of 2002 in respect of N.V.Company.
2, Learned counsel for the Respondent company states that in respect of the present petitioner also the company has arrived at consent terms. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if the consent terms are taken on record and the petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
