also made a statement before the Investigating Officer stating that the victim's husband told him on telephone after pushing the jeep containing the victim in a canal that needful had been done. He states that thereafter he went by another Innova car bearing No.MH-13/AF/7077 to the spot and then carried the victim's husband to the police station where a false report was given. Curiously police seem to have recovered that Innova car in which the applicant had carried the victim's husband to give a report to police as an article recovered under Section 27 of the Evidence Act. Considering the fact that the other accused persons who have allegedly conspired to eliminate the victim, have been admitted to bail, no case for denial of bail to applicant is made out. In view of this, the applicant arrested in connection with C.R. No.98 of 2012, registered at Mangalwedha Police Station, be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of 50,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the sum aggregating to 50,000/- on the condition that the applicant shall report before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when called and shall not leave Pandharpur Town without the permission of trial Court, till conclusion of trial. Application is disposed of.
