This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail, granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik, by order dated 30th June, 2012 in Criminal Application No.508 of 2012. The learned Judge has observed in para 7 of his order that at the time of hearing the bail application, complainant has no objection if the interim bail is confirmed subject to the condition that the applicant shall attend police station. Since the order was passed by consent, there is no question of cancellation of such order. The application is, therefore, rejected.
