APP states that in fact in the statement of the first informant, there is also a reference to applicant Balu hitting Vijay Mane. However, this appears to be incorrect as the copy of F.I.R. shows assault by stump on Vijay Mane is attributed to Kaluram Pawar. The learned APP has also made available for my perusal copies of all the injury certificates of injured persons and though the learned APP states that the first informant Basavraj had suffered grievous hurt, certificate does not show this. The role of applicant Manisha is only having instigated the other participants in the assault. As already indicated there is doubt as to role of Balu, who at worst may be taken have hit Mane with stump. Considering this no case for subjecting the applicants Manisha and Balu to custodial interrogation is made out. Therefore, in the event of arrest of applicant Manisha in Criminal Application No.910 of 2012 and applicant Balu Pawar, in Criminal Application No.911 of 2012, in connection with C.R. No.210 of 2012, registered with Chinchwad Police Station, Pune, they be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bonds in the sum of 25,000/- by each of them with one or more solvent sureties in the sum aggregating to 25,000/- by each of them on the following conditions :-
