These are applications for condonation
of delay of three days in filing applications
for leave to file appeals against the Judgments
and Orders dated 3-8-2010 delivered in Summary
Criminal Case Nos.718 and 719 of 2007 before
the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pen.
Though the learned counsel for the respondent
has a very strong objection to the condonation
of delay, considering the ground made out,
namely, that the Clerk of the Advocate was sick
and therefore there was a delay of three days,

the applications are allowed. The delay is
condoned. List the applications for leave to
file appeals on 20-1-2012. The applications
accordingly stand disposed of.
