Itisclarifiedthatthe
applicant/appellant shall furnish fresh bonds
of either the same surety or fresh surety in
the same amount on which the applicant was on
bail throughout the trial. This the applicant
must do within a period of eight weeks. No
further extension of time would be granted. If
the needful is not done within the time
stipulated, the learned Sessions Judge shall
have the applicant arrested and commit him to

prison to suffer his sentence. The application
accordingly stands disposed of.
