2.This is an application for bail by a
person, who is arrested in connection with
C.R.No.108 of 2011 for the offences punishable
under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C read with
Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered
with Karad City Police Station, District Satara
and who was found to be in possession of fake

currency notes having face value of 3,43,000/-. Co-accused Prakash Mali, who was found with the applicant has been admitted to bail by order of the Additional Sessions Judge, Karad dated 13<sup>th</sup> June, 2011. There is no reason to deny parity to the applicant. Therefore, applicant too be released on bail on his furnishing P.R.Bond of 15,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the aggregate sum of 15,000/- on the condition that he shall attend Karad City Police Station, District Satara on every Monday between 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. till the trial is over.`
