2.The applicant has been sentenced to
suffer R.I. for one year and three years with a
fine of 10,000/- in default R.I. for six`
months on the two counts and he is on bail. The
sentences have been suspended by the learned

Considering the near impossibility of taking up
the appeal in the near future, applicant be
released on bail on his furnishing fresh bonds
in the same sum, pending the hearing of the
appeal, on which he was on bail through out the
trial. If the applicant fails to furnish fresh
bonds within a period of four weeks, the
applicant shall be arrested and committed to
prison to serve his sentence.
