1.This application seeks bail
for the applicant, who is concurrently
found guilty of offence of cheating
etc. He has been sentenced to suffer
three years’ rigorous imprisonment,
besides fine etc. The applicant is in
jail since 12.04.2012. On perusal of
the judgment, I find that the applicant
has arguable case and the Criminal
Revision Application will not be taken
up immediately in the wake of
forthcoming summer vacation. In view
of this, I am inclined to release the
applicant on bail.
