It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that the applicant and respondent are staying together. The respondent has no grievance against the applicant. The respondent is planning to appear before the trial Magistrate and apply for withdrawal of the proceedings filed by her against the applicant under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
In these circumstances, it appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the present application. The application is, therefore, dismissed for default.
