1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press prayer (B) in the Writ Petition and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the directions are given to respondent - Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Beed to decide the matter as per the order dated 18.1.2011 passed in Revision Petition No.4 of 2010 (Exhibit "A").

We have perused the order dated 18.1.2011 so also the order passed by this Court dated 20.12.2010 in Writ Petition No.11428 of 2010. Having regard thereto this petition, in our opinion, can be conveniently disposed of even without issuing notice to the respondents. Hence we pass the following order.

(A) Respondent 2 - Chief Officer shall endeavour to decide the matter in pursuance of the order dated 18.1.2011 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

(B) The petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order before the Respondent 2 - Chief Officer within four weeks from today.
