The petitioners have already filed a dispute before the Co-operative Court in the matter of their representation made to the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, S.R.A., through their Advocate’s letter dated 15th February, 2009. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition, which is seeking similar relief, and such relief cannot be granted in exercise of our Writ Jurisdiction. The petition is dismissed.
