Appeal No. 1955 of 2006 dated 15th November 2007, passed by the Apex Court in which observation have been made that when an appropriate alternative remedy is provided in a special
statue, ordinarily that remedy must be resorted to, and a writ petition being discretionary remedy, should not be entertained.
Thus, order dated 23rd April 2004 passed by this Court was set
aside. The present petition is based on the same order which has been set aside.
Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.
