Learned APP, on instructions, submits that in pursuance of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 3.10.2009 addressed to the Senior Police Officer, Deonar Police Station, the concerned Police Station had called the driver and the cleaner of the petitioner for recording their statements but they did not turn up. Mr Saraogi, learned

counsel for the petitioner, submits that they will report to the concerned police station within a period of one week from today. The learned APP submits that if they approach the police, they will record their statements and proceed in accordance with law. Statement of the learned APP is accepted. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. All contentions are kept open to be raised in appropriate proceedings.
