1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
the learned A.P.P.,for the State.
2.In this writ petition, through jail, the
petitioner has prayed for referring him to the Sasoon
Hospital, Pune. He has stated in the application /
petition that he is suffering from certain ailments
including the kidney problem. Mrs Deshmukh, learned
A.P.P., on instructions, submits that the Jail Hospital
has provided him medical aid and his condition

according to her instructions is stable. She further
submits that the doctor treating the petitioner in the
jail hospital will refer him to the Sasoon
Hospital,Pune, if he finds it necessary. Her statement
is accepted. In view of the statement made by the
learned A.P.P. petition is disposed of.
