now his mother is suffering from any illness. In view thereof, we are not inclined to interfere with the order impugned in the Petition. However, the petitioner will have a liberty to apply for parole afresh. If he makes an application for parole leave afresh, the same may be considered and dealt with in accordance with
law and the Prison (Bombay Furlough and Parole Leave) Rules, 1959. With these observations, writ petition is disposed of.
