Mr. Saboo, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation makes a statement that the recovery notices issued to the petitioner shall be treated as withdrawn and the recovery proceedings shall not be proceeded with. He further states that the Corporation shall be free to take legal and disciplinary action, as may be available in law.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of, keeping all rival contentions open. No order as to costs.
