The above Petition was admitted by an order of this Court dated 13th December 2000 and advertised in two local newspapers and the Maharashtra Government Gazette. Thereafter, the Petitioner was desirous of withdrawing the Company Petition. By orders of this Court dated 7th June 2010 and 19th July 2010, the Petitioner was allowed to advertise the proposed withdrawal of the Petition. Consequent thereto, the Petitioner has advertised the proposed withdrawal of the Company Petition in "Free Press Journal" and in 'Navshakti". An Affidavit of publication of proposed withdrawal of the Petition dated 23rd August 2010 is tendered in Court by the learned Advocate appearing for the

Petitioner and is taken on record. The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that no claims have been received in
response to the said advertisements.
