By consent of the parties, the following order is passed:

a pay order to the Advocate for the Petitioner on or before 30th October, 2010.
iii. In the event of failure on the part of the Respondent Company to pay the balance amount of Rs.16,09,013/(Rupees sixteen lacs nine thousand thirteen only) on or before 30th October, 2010, the Company Petition shall, revive and stand admitted, made returnable within six weeks from the date of default and advertised in two local newspapers i.e. Free Press Journal and Maharashtra Times and Maharashtra Government Gazette without reference to this Court.
iv. Upon such default, the petitioner shall, within two weeks from the date of default, deposit with the Prothonotory and Senior Master, a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) towards publication charges, failing which the Company Petition shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
