The above Petition was admitted by an order of this
Court dated 19th December 2001 and advertised in two local newspapers and the Maharashtra Government Gazette. Thereafter,
the Petitioners were desirous of withdrawing the Company Petition. By an order of this Court dated 2nd August 2010, the Petitioners were allowed to advertise the proposed withdrawal of the Petition. Consequent thereto, the Petitioners have advertised the proposed withdrawal of the Company Petition in "Free Press Journal" and in 'Navshakti". An Affidavit of publication of proposed withdrawal of the Petition dated 23rd September 2010 is tendered in Court by the learned Advocate appearing for the
