This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. On the joint request of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and the Respondent, the following two persons are appointed as arbitrators :

i) Shri Anup Khaitan and (ii) Shri R.G. Sheth, both advocates.

The two arbitrators shall now proceed to name the third

arbitrator for the constitution of the arbitral tribunal. No other directions have been sought. The Arbitration Application is accordingly disposed of.
