1 Heard both sides.2This is an application for anticipatory
bail. The applicant is shown as an accused in
Cr.No.27/2010 registered by Ulhasnagar Police
Station for alleged offence under Section 395 of
the I.P.C. The said crime is registered on a
complaint made by one Annasahib Kerba Wadavrao. On
reading the complaint, it is seen that main
allegations are against one Amar Singh and others.

There are also allegations against Bhalchandra
Thokare. Advocate for the applicant states that
action under Section 169 has been taken against the
main accused and the prison authorities have been
directed to release them if they are not wanted in
any other crime. A.P.P. confirms this fact and
states that the applicant may be directed to remain
present as and when called by the I.O. for further
investigation. In the circumstances, it is directed
that in the event of his arrest in C.R.No.27/2010
registered by Ulhasnagar Police Station, the
applicant may be released on bail in the sum of Rs.
10,000/- with one surety in the like amount subject
to condition that he will report to the I.O. as and
when called by the I.O., in writing and will remain
present in the trial court on all the date unless
exempted. Application is disposed off.
