application as against the applicant No.1 and he
would like to file application after the charge

2In so far as applicant Nos. 2 and 3 are
concerned, it is seen that the allegations
regarding quarrel and causing of injury to the
complainant are made as against the applicant
No.1 Suhas. The entire incident appears to have
taken place for some trivial reason. No role is
attributed to the applicant Nos. 2 and 3. In the
circumstances, I am inclined to grant bail to the
applicant Nos. 2 and 3. It is therefore, directed

that pending their trial in persuance of C.R.No.

61/2010 registered by Karmala Police Station, the
applicant Nos. 2 and 3 may be released on bail in
the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety each in
the like amount subject to the condition that they
will report to the Investigating Officer once in a
week on every Monday between 11.00a.m. to 3.00p.m.
till the filing of the charge-sheet and thereafter
once in fortnight on every first and third Monday
during the pendency of the trial. Bail is also

granted on the condition that they will attend all
the dates of the case in the trial court unless
exempted. Application is disposed off.

2The application against the applicant No.1
stands withdrawn with liberty to file bail
application before the Sessions Court after the
charge-sheet is filed.
