Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that these petitions have been rendered infructuous.

It has been brought to our notice that the industrial dispute which was referred by the appropriate Government, the proceedings were ordered to continue by this Court. Resultantly, now the Award has been passed by the Industrial Tribunal on 5-3-2004 which is against the Petitioners herein. All these petitions have therefore now been rendered infructuous. We dispose of these petitions. Liberty to the Petitioners to raise all grounds available in law.
