1.The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits
that the parties have settled the dispute. He has
tendered the copy of the consent terms , which have
been filed in criminal application No.2436 of 2009. In
paragraph 6 of the consent terms, the original
Complainant has agreed to withdraw all the criminal as
well as civil complaints filed against the Applicant.
2.In view of the consent terms, the Applicant is
entitled to get anticipatory bail. The Applicant, in
the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No.688
of 2008 registered by Oshiwara Police Station for the
offences punishable under sections 498(A), 323, 504,
506, 406 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under
sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, he shall

be released on bail in a sum of Rs.5,000/- with one or
two sureties in the like amount. Copy of the consent
terms is taken on record.
