After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, with their consent, the following order is passed:-
The petitioner shall make a representation to the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune, who shall

consider the grievance of the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders after giving a chance of hearing to the petitioner as well as the management. The Deputy Director of Education shall pass order within four weeks from the date the representation is received by him.
