1. The grievance of the petitioner is that TDR
purchased by the petitioners was not allowed to be
utilised by them by the respondents. In response to the
application dated 26.10.2007 seeking information about
the matter, they were informed that utilisation has been
stayed by the Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation
by order dated 8.10.2005. Even this order is not

communicated to the petitioners.
2. The learned Counsel for the respondents submits
that the petitioners have already given a notice through
their Advocate dated 11.1.2008. This will be treated as
a representation and will be decided by a reasoned order
within a period of four weeks from today.
3. In view of this direction, no further orders are
required to be passed in the Writ Petition which is
accordingly disposed of.
