The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that after making payment to Respondent No.3, they will move the Government for reimbursement thereof and the Government should be directed to decide the claim for reimbursement expeditiously. The learned Counsel appearing for the State has no objection for the same. If the claim for reimbursement is submitted by the Petitioners, we have no doubt that the State shall consider the same expeditiously. The Petition is disposed of in above terms. No order as to costs.
