The Scrutiny Committee while cancelling the caste validity
certificate to the Petitioner held as under :-
“..... Secondly during the course of enquiry in another cases it is communicated by the Tahsildar and Executive Magistrate, North Solapur vide their letter, dated 03/10/2007, that their office has issued caste certificates having S.R. No.1 to 174 in the year 1990. The caste certificate produced by the applicant; is bearing S.R. No. 632 dated 08/08/1990. Hence the caste certificate produced by the applicant becomes doubtful. The applicant has tried to project herself as belonging to Koli Mahadev, Scheduled Tribe. .....”
