 1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

 2. The Government is going to publish notification

 under section 6 for acquiring the subject land.
 We, therefore, dispose of this petition in terms of

 prayer clause (b). We, therefore, direct the
 respondents to forthwith complete the acquisition
 proceedings and determine the compensation in
 accordance with law and pass necessary award in the
 matter of acquisition of the land of the
 petitioner. Petition stands disposed of
 accordingly.
