The prisoner has been produced. We had asked for his production, as he had made an application for parole to visit his mother, who lives in Madhya Pradesh.The petitioner is serving sentence in two cases – In one case, he was tried in M.P. and in the other case, he was tried in Maharashtra. We had asked for his presence to know from him if he could stay within the State of Maharashtra during parole. His request for grant of parole could be considered. But the prisoner

submits that it will not be possible for him to stay in Maharashtra during his parole leave, and he will like to go to M.P. In the circumstances, we are unable to accept the plea of the petitioner, which is accordingly rejected.
