This petition has been received from the Jail in which the petitioner has sought help of this court as he is serving 10 years sentence passed against him in a case under the N.D.P.S.A. Act. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner had filed an appeal against his conviction and sentence which was dismissed by this Court. Against this the petitioner went to Supreme Court and the Supreme Court also dismissed his appeal.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
