 In this case the All India Council for Technical

 Education has already granted approval for intake of
 30 additional students for the course of Mechanical
 Engineering. It is stated on behalf of the
 University, on the basis of the letter, that they have
 already recommended for grant of affiliation to the
 College to the State Government.

 2. Learned Counsel for the State submits that because
 of the shortage of time and the third round of

 admission is fixed today, it may not be possible to
 complete formalities and convey the order to the
 College. However, in the course of the day or two
 they would complete the formalities and would permit
 the College to take 30 additional students for the

 course of Mechanical Engineering.

 3. Let the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- be paid by the
 College towards the cost of advertisement, etc. The
 burden shall not be shifted to the students of the
 amount paid for advertisement.

 4. In view of the statements made on behalf of the
 respective respondents, nothing survives in this writ
 petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
