The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the State Government has no intention to close the Rural health Training Centre at Shirur, Dist. Pune. However, because of certain objection raised by the Audit branch, they are looking into the possibility of reducing the expenditure and take appropriate administrative measueres expeditiously. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, nothing survives in this PIL. The PIL is accordingly disposed of.
